Terry Fiorin
Terry is also currently employed with The Department Of National Defense as a Traffic Accident Analyst and Chief Driver Improvement Instructor. Terry was the National Chief Air Brake Instructor from 1990 - 1998 when the Air Brake School was moved to Ontario. Terry has been in the truck transportation industry more than 21 years with a class 1 driver's license. Terry has been teaching driver improvement courses since 1983 and specializes in instructing Air Brake and driver improvement programs with Emergency Services personnel. Terry is certified by The Canada Safety Council "holding the Gold Achievement Award", British Columbia Safety Council, The Justice Institute of British Columbia and the Provincial Government Terry brings many years of knowledge, skill, and experience to the classroom in the area of Driver Safety and Education. . Terry is known to joke and suggest he is "just a truck driver" when indeed Terry's true passion is one that begun as a child. That passion emanates in Terry's thinking and his teaching.

Sheila Fiorin
Sheila is currently a 55 Alive, Hazard Avoidance Instructor and Traffic Control Instructor and assists in many more training courses at the same time as managing the operations, designing programs and scheduling. Sheila brings a background in tourism, emergency services, and business all working with the public; She applies her diversified skill and knowledge in the areas of Marketing, Customer Service, Business coordination and administration.

Geordie Douglas
Geordie brings 10 years experience in the fire service including the last 5 years as a driver trainer. He was Pump Operator Instructor for Volunteer Departments and has been instrumental in developing training and delivering course material throughout the fire service. Prior to this Geordie was a crane operator and operated a Gravel Truck, Roll Off Container Truck, Loader, and Forklift.

Gerry Wellman
Gerry has joined our team with qualifications to instruct Defensive Driving and Air Brakes. He brings many years of skill and experience, not only as an instructor, but also as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. Gerry is a boating enthusiast and enjoys an occasional day's outing on his Harley-Davidson.
